Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via your chosen payment method.
You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you experience a major issue within the first 30 days of service, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
Provide accurate and timely information when requested
Avoid using illegal, pirated, or harmful plugins/themes
Inform us before major changes that may affect the site’s performance
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, distribute malware, or engage in activity that could damage the site or service platform.
All content created by Manage My Site for your website remains your property. Our tools, scripts, and backend systems remain the intellectual property of our company.
We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, illegal activity, or violations of these terms, with or without notice.
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, third-party failures, or issues beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid during the past 3 months.
We may revise these terms as needed. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
